I'm Amit, the founder and designer behind Mint Condition Studio. I am a graduate of the Textile Design department at Shenkar College.The concept of 'Mint Condition' took shape one day as I observed the fabric scraps laid across my studio floor. This random harmony of colors and textures moved me and continues to move me today. Creation has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. Despite this, I've often felt a sense of guilt for producing "new" items in our current era of consumption. Engaging with physical materials constantly confronts me with the issue of waste and our responsibility for the life cycle of what we create. Mint Condition represents my effort to reconcile these aspects of myself: my passion for good, high-quality design, and my commitment to doing better. Here, I strive to combine these interests in the best way possible, creating with a conscience. With recycled materials as my foundation, I believe in the transformative power of creativity and innovative solutions, constantly pushing boundaries in the fields of art, design, and sustainability practices.
